Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information

Personal information is processed for the purposes of providing services, delivering content, verifying identity, verifying age, and processing payments and settlements

d. Utilization for Marketing and Advertising

① Globepoint shall specify in the contract and related documents, in accordance with Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the prohibition of personal information processing for purposes other than those specified in the contract, technical and management protection measures, restrictions on further delegation, management and supervision of the processor, and responsibilities related to compensation for damages, and shall supervise whether the processor safely handles personal information.
② If the content of the delegated tasks or the processor changes, Globepoint will promptly disclose this through its personal information processing policy

6. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives and Methods of Exercising Them

Users may exercise the following rights as data subjects:

① Data subjects may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of their personal information at any time with respect to Globepoint.
② The exercise of the rights under Paragraph 1 can be done through written requests, electronic mail, or fax in accordance with Article 41 (1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and Globepoint will act on such requests without delay.
③ Rights under Paragraph 1 may also be exercised through legal representatives or persons delegated by the data subject. In this case, a power of attorney in the form specified in Annex 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.
④ Requests for access to and suspension of processing of personal information may be limited under Article 35 (5) and Article 37 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ Requests for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be made if the information is specified as a target for collection under other laws.
⑥ Globepoint verifies whether the person making requests for access, correction, deletion, and suspension is the data subject or a legitimate representative.

8. Destruction of Personal Information

Globepoint will promptly destroy personal information when the purpose of processing is achieved. The process, timeline, and methods of destruction are as follows:

- Destruction Procedure :
Information entered by users will be transferred to a separate database (in the case of paper documents, to separate files) and stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws before being destroyed. At this time, personal information transferred to the database will not be used for any purpose other than that required by law.
- Destruction Timeline :
Personal information will be destroyed within 5 days from the end date of the retention period if that period has expired. If personal information is no longer necessary due to achievement of the processing purpose, discontinuation of the service, termination of business, or any other reason, it will be destroyed within 5 days from the date it is deemed unnecessary.

Information in electronic file format will be destroyed using a method that makes the records irrecoverable. Printed personal information will be destroyed by shredding or incineration

11. Changes to the Personal Information Processing Policy

① This Privacy Policy shall apply from the effective date, and if there are any additions, deletions, or modifications in accordance with laws and policies, such changes will be notified through announcements at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes.

12. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information

Globepoint implements the following technical, administrative, and physical measures necessary to secure the safety of personal information in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act:

1. Minimization and Training of Personal Information Handling Staff
Employees who handle personal information are designated and limited to specific personnel, minimizing the number of people who manage personal information and implementing management measures accordingly.
2. Establishment and Implementation of an Internal Management Plan
An internal management plan is established and implemented to ensure the secure handling of personal information.
3. Encryption of Personal Information
Users' personal information, including passwords, is encrypted for storage and management, making it accessible only to the individual. Important data is secured using additional security functions such as file and transmission data encryption or file locking features.
4. Retention and Protection of Access Records
Records of access to personal information processing systems are retained and managed for at least six (6) months. Security functions are used to prevent the alteration, theft, or loss of these records.
5. Access Restriction to Personal Information
Necessary measures are taken to control access to personal information through the granting, modification, and revocation of access rights to database systems that process personal information. An intrusion prevention system is used to prevent unauthorized external access.
